Linking services such as hotel reservations and tickets doesn't work. I try to book (tickets and hotel) through the app, but then it takes me to the website...what's the purpose if the app? There's a lot of reviews about wait times, but it's not really worth it for me as I usually have express pass. Park map isn't accurate for food. Also, I only visit for Halloween Horror Nights. Thankfully, after the visit my "used/expired" tickets usually show up in my account, just not when I need them.

Bought tickets. Installed the App. Set up my account and saw the ticket QR codes. Everything looked ok until the day before going to the park and checking the App and it won't get passed the start logo! So basically can't use the App to get into the park. I'm now printing the paper tickets, which is why I installed the App in the first place, to avoid having to do that. Universal - use your millions of dollars profit to hire App developers on Fiver to fix your App!!!

Won't let me log in, keeps getting errors. Linking reservations are not working. Called support and they said, yeah it's broke, but call back to make sure your reservation is ok. Ummmm.... It's been broke for over a week at this point. Not a good way to compete with Disney in my opinion.
